Project Management for Mega Projects are very common and used widely to perform extensive project management activities such as Time Control, Cost Control, Document Control, Risk Management,… etc. the benefits for PMC is tremendous to deliver the projects within the allocated budget and within the specified time. However, small projects suffered from the lack of PMC control since the owners usually rely on supervision team perform the same activities requested from PMC teams. Unfortunately, the supervision teams are technical teams and not management teams, and their main responsibility is the quality of works which will make the project time-at-large (there is no enforceable date for completion), and the expenses increase dramatically.
