Time Management:
Most of the residential projects runs at large, which means that no defined date for completion is expected, and relies completely on the resources of the contractor who might have more than one contract to take off, and some are given higher priority which will put other projects on halt until the resources were released to other projects.
Our professional Time Management Team (Schedulers) will take care with any default from the Contractor’s side and will make sure that no delay will occur due to lack of manpower, and will advise incase the contractor is not fulfilling its contractual requirements and causing delay in the project.

In addition to the other services mentioned earlier, any project will require a captain to run the ship otherwise it will sink, our experienced team will take over all aspects of the project to assure that it will be delivered as per the owner’s expectations without any cost overrun or time at large.
