One of the main concerns for the owners is the huge number of sale points for material with varied qualities and inflated prices for branded material while too many good and cheaper materials are available but do not have the famous brands tagged on them. Our experience in this field is used to segregate the material based on its quality and relate it with the price, and exclude from the formula the brand names which are mostly misguiding the users who are looking for high quality but do not spend all their fortune just to get a brand name.

Our team will assure that value engineering has been performed before proceeding to tendering stage to avoid unnecessary changes during construction. 
However, changes during construction are one of the facts of life that cannot be eliminated, and our professional team will assist the owner in the issuance of variation process by obtaining the price market of the affected works, and will negotiate on behalf of the owner with all concerned parties to assure that the owner will pay only the real cost of variation, and not the inflated rates that are usually proposed by the contractors since they usually consider that the variation is guaranteed regardless of the claimed cost.
